2014 marks the 50th Year of Painting for Charles Pabst who began his life on May 10, 1950, right in the middle of the 20th century. Throughout of 2014 he will be celebrating this 50th year since he sold his first painting at the age of 14. A beautiful evening event was hosted at The Signature Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona, where hundreds of his collectors attended to celebrate with him this extraordinary milestone. What a joyful and humbling experience!
Charles began drawing and painting as soon as he could hold a pencil or brush and completed his first serious work at the age of 14, which he immediately sold for $50. He has never stopped painting, and has now moved well into the 21st century, his styles and subjects still evolving with boldness and vision. It is the emotion in his work that has kept his name and remarkable work in the forefront of the art world for decades.
